Scheduling inspections

When scheduling inspections, you can indicate which information you want to update in the selected inspection records. Select the check box for each field you want to update and specify the value you want to use. Any fields you don't select will not be updated.

  1. Select [CDR module] > Inspection > Schedule Inspections.
  2. Look up the inspections that you want to schedule.
  3. In the Lookup Results grid, select each inspection that you want to schedule.
  4. Click Schedule Schedule button.
  5. Specify this information:
    Call Date
    If you want to specify a call date for the selected inspections, select this check box and specify the date in the fields to the right.
    Schedule Date
    To schedule the selected inspections, select this check box and specify the scheduled date in the fields to the right.
    Time Preference
    If you want to specify a time preference for the selected inspections, such as morning or afternoon, select this check box and specify the time preference in the field to the right.
    Assign To
    To assign the selected inspections, select this check box and specify the assigned employee in the fields to the right.
    Comments
    Select this check box to enter any comments.
  6. Click Save.
