Deleting an application

You can use the application lookup to delete an application. If the application has no associated fees, Infor Public Sector will remove the application and all associated records from the database. If the application does have fees, Infor Public Sector will change the status to Deleted, but the record remains in the database and will still be displayed in the lookup results. All associated records except the fees are also removed from the database.

  1. Look up the application that you want to delete.
  2. Select the correct application in the Lookup Results grid.
  3. Click Action and select Delete Application.
    A dialog box is displayed asking if you want to delete the application.
  4. Click OK to delete the application.
