Defining a status check

  1. Select Use Permits > Setup > Application Workflow.
  2. In the Application Types tree, browse to the Status Checks node for the correct milestone.
  3. Click Add above the Milestone Status Checks grid.
  4. Specify a name for the status check in the Check Title field.
  5. Select the type of status check from the Check Status By list.
  6. Specify the criteria that the status check will use.
The criteria that you can enter depend on the type of status check that you selected.

    See Status check types.

  7. Enter any other information about the status check.
You can enter any standard operating procedures that members of your agency should follow to resolve a failed status check. You can also enter an alternate description of the status check for Dynamic Portal in the DynamicPORTAL Description field.
  8. Click Save.
Infor Public Sector saves the status check and shows it in the Milestone Status Checks grid.

The Result column in this grid shows the criteria that you specified for the status check. The values of the criteria are shown in parentheses. For example, if you entered Elec as the inspection type and Fail as the result code for an Inspection Result status check, the Result column would show (Elec - Fail).
