Review result codes

To record review results in Infor Public Sector you must specify a result code. Review result codes are standard code definitions, but they include some additional data that determines how Infor Public Sector will process reviews.

To define result codes, use the Code Definition Management form on the Resources menu. The ReviewResult node can be found under each CDR module in the Infor Code Tables tree, such as CDR > Building.

When defining a review result code, you can select a result action from the Result Action list, which indicates whether additional action is required. For example, if a review fails, you might want to generate another review. These are the actions that you can select:

  • RereviewIsRequired: Infor Public Sector will create a new review of the same type. Any unresolved problems are transferred to the new review.
  • AutoResolveProblems: Infor Public Sector will automatically resolve any problems associated with the review.
  • NoActionRequired: No further action is required.

In addition to the result action, you can specify a problem resolution code in the Auto Resolve Problem field. The selected code will be used to resolve any open problems associated with the review. If you select AutoResolveProblems as the result action but don't specify a resolution code, then Infor Public Sector will display a prompt for you to specify a resolution code when you use the result code on a review.
