Defining a yearly periodic inspection schedule

  1. Begin to define a periodic inspection schedule.
  2. Under Recurrence, select Yearly from the Schedule Type list.
  3. Specify the day of the year on which inspections will be scheduled.
    If you want the inspection scheduled for a specific date, select Every [Month] [Day], and then select the correct month and day, such as February and 15 to schedule the inspection for every February 15th. If you want the inspection scheduled on a specific day of the week, select The [Nth] [Weekday] of [Month], and then select the correct week, day, and month, such as Third, Friday, and June to schedule the inspection for the third Friday in June of each year.
  4. In the "Days in Advance" fields, enter the number of days in advance an inspection can be scheduled, such as indicating that an inspection must be scheduled between three and 30 days before it is conducted.
  5. Continue to define the periodic inspection schedule.
