Transferring funds between escrow accounts

  1. Load the escrow account you want into the Escrow InfoViewer.
    You access the Escrow InfoViewer by clicking the Account # link for the account on any form that shows the link.
  2. On the Maintenance tab, under Transactions, click Transfer funds to a different account for the same contact.
  3. Specify the amount you're transferring from the current account in the Transfer Amount field.
  4. In the Transfer to Escrow Account # field, specify the escrow account you're transferring the funds into.
    You can't transfer money between inactive or closed accounts. The transfer amount must not cause the receiving account to rise above its maximum balance or the current account to drop below its minimum balance.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector moves the funds from the current account to the receiving account and shows the current account's new balance under Account Status on the Account Status tab. You can view details regarding the withdrawal of funds from the current account by clicking Review All Transactions under Transactions on the Account Status tab.
