Associating another application or case

Associating the current trade license with another application or case indicates a relationship between records. If you're associating another trade license that is required for the current license, you can associate it as a parent or child application instead.

Load the license you want in the Trade License InfoViewer.
On the Related Records tab, under Other Applications and Cases, enable editing in the grid and click Add.
From the Family list, select the product family of the application or case you want to associate with the current application.
In the Number field, specify the identification number for the associated application or case.
Specify the capacity in which the two applications are related in the Capacity field.
Type any additional information about this relationship in the Comments field.
Click Save.
Infor Public Sector links the records and adds the associated application or case to the Other Applications and Cases grid. The current application will also be displayed in the Other Applications and Cases grid in the associated record. In either of these grids, you can click the application's A/P # link to load it into its own Application Information or Case InfoViewer.
