Deleting a license

You can use the license lookup to delete a license. If the license has no associated fees, Infor Public Sector will remove the license and all associated records from the database. If the license does have fees, Infor Public Sector will change the status to Deleted, but the record remains in the database and will still be displayed in the lookup results. All associated records except the fees are also removed from the database.

  1. Look up the license that you want to delete.
  2. Select the correct license in the Results grid.
  3. Click Action and select Delete License.
    A dialog box asks if you want to delete the license.
  4. Click OK to delete the license.
