Review types

Review types are the kinds of reviews that your agency may require for a license, such as a background check. Each review type is defined for a specific license type. The review can then be automatically added to all licenses of a particular type or be added to specific licenses based on criteria that you define.

You use the Reviews node in the License Types tree to define each review type that might be required for a license type. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add the review to a license by associating a milestone with it. You can also write a formula that determines whether to add the review and define status checks that determine whether to halt the licensing process based on the results of a review.
