Periodic inspection schedules

Periodic inspection schedules establish the intervals at which Infor Public Sector automatically generates the periodic inspections for your agency's trade licenses. Periodic inspections are inspections that are scheduled to be performed at regular intervals, such as a biannual health inspection for a restaurant.

You use the Periodic Inspection Schedules node in the License Types tree to define each schedule that might be required for a trade license type. You must define when Infor Public Sector will begin scheduling inspections by associating a milestone with the schedule. You can then write a formula that determines whether the schedule is added when a license reaches that milestone, such as adding a specific schedule if a restaurant serves alcohol. You must first define the inspection type that your agency will use for its periodic inspection using the Inspections node before you can define a schedule.
