Recalculating a fee

If your agency changes the calculation for a fee type, you can recalculate any unpaid fees of that type. When you recalculate a fee, Infor Public Sector reapplies the fee to an application based on its new definition, recalculates any surcharges that may be affected by the fee, and updates the total amount due on the application.

Note:  You can't recalculate a fee if it has been partially paid.
  1. Load the application you want in the Application InfoViewer.
  2. Select the Fees tab and the Fees subtab.
  3. Click the Recalculate Fee link above the All Fees grid.
  4. Select the fee that you want recalculated.
    You can select one or more fees to recalculate by clicking each fee you want in the grid.
  5. Click Recalculate Recalculate button.
    Infor Public Sector recalculates the fee and generates the fee adjustment transaction record. In addition, if your agency has purchased Billing for CDR, the current balance for the associated billing account will reflect the new amount of the fee.
