Adjusting a fee

To change the value or quantity of a fee after it has been added to an application, you can adjust the fee. You begin by editing the fee, but when you adjust a fee, Infor Public Sector also creates an adjustment transaction.

Note: You cannot adjust a fee that has been partially paid.
  1. Load the application you want in the Application InfoViewer.
  2. Select the Fees tab and the Fees subtab.
  3. In the All Fees grid, begin to edit the fee that you want to adjust.
  4. Select the Adjust Fee check box.
  5. Change the value and quantity of the fee as required.
  6. Specify the adjustment type and the reason for the adjustment.
  7. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector adds a fee adjustment transaction for the amount of the adjustment. You can view the adjustment transaction in the Fee Transactions grid on the Transactions subtab.
