Copying planning conditions

If your agency has purchased Infor Public Sector Planning, you can use Lookup Applications to copy planning conditions from one application to another. Copying planning conditions saves time on data entry and ensures that the conditions will be added to the project applications you create.

  1. Look up the application to which you want to copy planning conditions.
  2. Select one or more applications in the grid.
  3. Click Action and select Copy Planning Conditions.
  4. In the A/P # field, specify the identification number for the application whose planning conditions you want to copy.
    Infor Public Sector lists the planning conditions for the specified application.
  5. Select the planning conditions that you want to copy.
  6. Click Save.
