Changing application information

You can use the Action button in Lookup Applications or the Application InfoViewer to update the information in an application, such as the application status and milestone or the primary site.

  • Click Action and select Change Job Description to update the job description. The job description includes basic information such as the square footage and declared valuation of a proposed construction.
  • Click Action and select Change Sites to change the primary site, or to add associated sites. You can also use this option to change the application's type.
  • Click Action and select Change Applicants to change the applicants associated with the application.
  • Click Action and select Change Application Status/Milestone to change an application's status or the current milestone. Infor Public Sector generates a status log entry every time you click Save in the Change Application Milestone/Status dialog box, whether you've made a change or not.
