Planning Condition Library tree nodes

Node	Description
Planning Condition Library (root node)	Contains nodes for each planning condition category your agency has defined.
	"Planning Condition Category" Node for a category of planning condition types. For example, you might have a category called Environmental that contains planning condition types for environmental requirements. This node shows the name of the category. It may contain one or more "Planning Condition Category" nodes and one Planning Conditions node.
Planning Conditions	Node for the planning conditions that belong to a planning condition category. When you click the node, a grid is displayed on the right listing all the planning conditions in that category.
