Performing a supervisor override for an application

Depending on the application type, a supervisor with the correct permission in Access Control can advance an application to the next milestone even if it hasn't passed all the status checks for the current one. Supervisor overrides must first be enabled for the application type in Application Workflow. To perform an override, a user must be granted the Supervisor Override permission for the application type.
  1. Load the application you want in the Application InfoViewer.
  2. Click Action and select Supervisor Override.
  3. Enter your user name and password in the Supervisor Override dialog box.
    If the logged in user has the necessary permission to perform a supervisor override for this application type, Infor Public Sector will fill in the user name and password automatically.
  4. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector advances the application to the next milestone, disregarding any unmet status checks for the current one.
