Milestones
Individually, milestones define important points in the planning process for specific application types, such as when an application is filed or when reviews are conducted. Taken together, the milestones form the entire planning process for a specific application type, from initial filing to completion. Infor Public Sector automatically moves applications through each milestone defined in its application type and can stop an application from moving from one milestone to another based on criteria that you define.
You use the Infor Public Sector should add an application detail, condition, fee, inspection, review, or hearing to an application.
