Defining a monthly hearing schedule

  1. Define a hearing type.
  2. Under Recurrence, select Monthly from the Schedule Type list.
  3. Specify the day of the month on which hearings that are based on this template will be scheduled.
    If you want this hearing scheduled for a specific date, select Day _ of every _ month(s). Then enter the correct date and scheduling interval, such as 5 and 2 to schedule this hearing on the fifth of every other month.
    If you want this hearing scheduled on a specific day of the week, select The [Nth] [Weekday] of every _ month(s). Then select the correct week and day, and enter the correct scheduling interval, such as Second, Tuesday, and 1 to schedule this hearing on the second Tuesday of every month.
  4. In the Starting Date field, enter the date on which Infor Public Sector will begin scheduling hearings based on this schedule.
  5. Enter any other information about the schedule.
    You can use the "Days in Advance" fields to indicate how far in advance a hearing can be scheduled, such as indicating that a hearing must be scheduled between three and 30 days before it is held.
  6. Click Save.
