Changing license information

You can use the Action button in Lookup Licenses or the License InfoViewer to update the information in a license, such as the license status and milestone or the primary applicant.

• Click Action and select Change License Information to update basic information such as the license category or the DBA name for a business license. You can also change the license type.
• Click Action and select Change Sites to change the primary site, or to add associated sites.
• Click Action and select Change Applicants to change the applicants associated with the license.
• Click Action and select Change License Status/Milestone to change a license's status or the current milestone. Infor Public Sector generates a status log entry every time you click Save in the Change License Milestone/Status dialog box, whether you've made a change or not.
