License status codes

Before members of your agency begin processing licenses, you must have a set of license status codes to define the various phases of the licensing process, such as Active, Expired, or Revoked. These codes can be used to identify the license's current phase and to restrict access to a license and its associated inspections, reviews, and details. For example, you might want to allow an intake employee at your agency to modify licenses with a status of Active but not those with a status of Expired or Revoked.

After you've created status codes, you must grant permissions to the appropriate roles within your agency using Access Control.
