If you want to use this milestone for a specific endorsement type, select that endorsement type from the Endorsement Type list.
-
Under Next Milestone, specify the milestone that follows the current milestone within the endorsement's approval process.
If the next milestone will always follow the current milestone, specify
the name of that milestone in the Default Next Milestone field. If you want Infor Public Sector to calculate the next milestone based on
a formula, specify the formula in the Next Milestone Formula field.
You must have already defined the next milestone.
-
Specify any other information about the milestone.
You can indicate the endorsement status that Infor Public Sector will assign to an endorsement at this
milestone, such as Active, Inactive, or Transferred. You can select the type of status date that
Infor Public Sector will use, such as Issued or Inactive. Among other properties, you can define the order in
which the milestone is displayed in the tree using the Display Order field. You can
also type any standard operating procedures that your agency should follow.
-
Click Save.
Infor Public Sector closes the dialog box and
saves the milestone. The new milestone is also displayed in the tree along with
all the other milestones for the license. This milestone is now a part of the
endorsement's approval process.
-
Define the necessary supporting information for the milestone.
You can define condition types, inspection types, periodic inspection
schedules, review types, and details that will be added to an endorsement when
it reaches this milestone. You can also define the status checks that Infor Public Sector will run and the fee types that Infor Public Sector will charge. Note that you can't use
deposit accounts to pay endorsement fees, so any fees defined for endorsement
types must fall under the Standard fee
category, rather than Initial, Additional Deposit, or At Cost.
