Details

Details are pieces of information that your agency wants to record for certain licenses, reviews, inspections, and endorsements, such as operational hours of a liquor store, instructions to correct a health code violation, or specific information uncovered during a background check. A detail can be automatically added to all licenses, reviews, inspections, or endorsements of a certain type or added to specific licenses, reviews, inspections, or endorsements based on criteria that you define.

You use the Details node in the License Types tree to define each detail that might be required for a license, review, inspection, or endorsement type. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add a detail by associating a milestone with it. You can also write a formula that determines whether to add a detail to a license, inspection, review, or endorsement and define status checks that calculate whether to halt the licensing or endorsement process based on whether the detail has been recorded.
