Editing a start license constraint

Constraints in License Workflow define the basic characteristics of the information that can be recorded for a license, such as whether certain information is required or display-only. You can define constraints for specific milestone, or for license types without milestones. These constraints affect the behavior of fields in the Start License process.

  1. Select License > Setup > License Workflow.
  2. In the License Types tree, browse to the constraints for the correct license type.
  3. Click the Constraints node.
  4. Enable editing in the grid and select the constraint item you want to edit.
    Infor Public Sector changes the item's Setting field into a list.
  5. Select the correct option from the Setting list.
  6. Click Save.
