Deleting a license type

Note: You can't delete a license type that is being used for business licenses that are still active within your licensing process. You must first either delete those licenses or change their license type.

Select License > Setup > License Workflow.
In the License Types tree, browse to the license type that you want to delete.
Delete all supporting information for the license type, such as reviews, fees, and milestones.
Under license type node and its Details and Code Violation Groups subnodes, click each node and then delete all items that are displayed in the grid on the right. If an item is currently in use in your licenses, you must first delete the items in those licenses. Then delete any milestone associated with the license type. If no items are currently used in your agency's licenses, Infor Public Sector deletes the items from the license type.
Right-click the "License Type" node and select Delete License Type.
Infor Public Sector deletes the license type from your list of license types and removes it from the License Types tree. If the license type is used by any existing licenses, Infor Public Sector shows a message telling you that the license type is currently in use and cannot be deleted. To delete the license type, you must first either delete the licenses that use this license type or change their license type.
