Deleting a license category

  1. Select License > Setup > License Workflow.
  2. In the License Types tree, browse to the license category that you want to delete.
  3. Delete all license types within this category.
  4. Delete all subcategories within this category.
    Follow the current instructions to remove subcategories.
  5. Right-click the "License Category" node and select Delete Category.
