License types
License types are the kinds of licenses that your agency handles, such as Food, Liquor, Kennel, or Garage. When members of your agency start a new license, they will use the license type as the basis for the license. Infor Public Sector uses the license type to determine which endorsements, conditions, fees, inspections, and reviews to add to a license, the license requirements for a license, and the licensing process a license should follow.
You use the
node in License Workflow to define your agency's license types. A license type typically consists of a unique identification code, a short description, the milestones that make up its licensing process, and the types of conditions, fees, inspections, periodic inspection schedules, and reviews that might be required for licenses of this type. You can also define standard operating procedures that members of your agency should follow when creating licenses of this type.
