Details
Infor Public Sector uses details to track additional information that your agency wants to record for certain cases, inspections, and reviews. Details are associated with cases types and are defined for cases, inspections, and reviews. They can be added automatically at specified milestones, or you can add them manually.
The details associated with a case, review, or inspection are displayed on the Details tab of the InfoViewers. From there you can open a detail in the Detail Viewer for viewing and editing. The viewer shows the detail page that your agency designed, and a standard Comments tab.
