Case InfoViewer toolbar buttons

Button	Description
Map Drawer	Used to show the application in Infor Public Sector GIS. You can show the primary site, the associated sites, or all sites, and you can also view nearby open building applications.
ACTION	The ACTION button in the Application InfoViewer shows these commands. Change Status and Milestone See Changing case information. Change Case Information See Changing case information. Change Sites See Changing a case's primary site. Change Contacts See Changing contacts for a case. Group Add See Creating a group of new cases.
Standard Operating Procedures	Shows any standard operating procedures defined for the application type.
Check Status	Used to check the status of the current case. See Checking the status of a case.
