Recording employee involvement for a case

You can use Infor Public Sector to record the time an employee spent working on a case. Employee involvement can consist of activities like consulting with a contact and researching a case.

  1. Load the case you want in the Case InfoViewer.
  2. On the Employees tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify the employee's identification code in the Employee ID field.
  4. Specify any other information about the employee.
    You can specify the capacity in which the employee was involved in the Capacity field, type how the employee was involved in the Comments field, and specify the total number of hours the employee spent working on the case in the Total Hours field.
  5. Click Save.
