Adding a contact to multiple cases
You can use the lookup to add a contact to multiple cases simultaneously. You can also make the new contact the primary contact or the responsible account holder on the selected cases.
- Look up the cases to which you're adding the contact.
- Select the correct cases.
- Click Change Contacts. and select
- Select Add from the Change Type list.
- Specify the contact information for the contact you're adding.
