Changing case information

You can use the Action button in Lookup Cases or the Case InfoViewer to update the information in an application, such as the application status and milestone or the primary site.

  • Click Action and select Change Case Information to update basic information such as the case name and the description of the case.
  • Click Action and select Change Sites to change the primary site, or to add associated sites. You can also use this option to change the case's type.
  • Click Action and select Change Contacts to change the contacts associated with the case.
  • Click Action and select Change Case Status/Milestone to change a case's status or the current milestone. Infor Public Sector generates a status log entry every time you click Save in the Change Case Milestone/Status dialog box, whether you've made a change or not.
