Adding an inspection detail

Inspection details are agency-defined pieces of information that you can record for an inspection, such as the make and model of equipment installed at a construction site. You can use Record Inspection Results or the Inspection InfoViewer to add inspection details as required.

  1. Begin to record inspection results, or load an inspection in the InfoViewer.
  2. On the Inspection Details tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Select the correct inspection detail, and click Select.
    Infor Public Sector adds the inspection detail to the inspection and shows it in the grid.
  4. In the Inspection Details grid, click the Description link for the detail you just added.
  5. Enter the information that you want to record for the detail.
  6. Click Save.
