Deleting a milestone

Caution: 
Deleting an existing milestone will cause errors wherever it has already been used, such as in formulas. If you delete a milestone, you must update any references to it throughout your system. You can't delete a milestone that a case has already passed through.
  1. Select Code Enforcement > Setup > Case Workflow.
  2. In the Case Types tree, browse to the milestone that you want to delete.
  3. Delete all supporting information for the milestone, such as inspections, reviews, fees, and status checks.
    Under the milestone node and under its Details subnode, click each node and then delete all items that are displayed in the grid on the right. If an item is currently in use in your cases, you must delete the items in those cases. If no supporting information items are currently used in your agency's cases, Infor Public Sector deletes the items from the milestone.
  4. Right-click the milestone node and select Delete Milestone.
    If any cases of this type have passed through the milestone, you cannot delete the milestone. To delete the milestone, you must first delete those cases. If no cases have passed through this milestone, Infor Public Sector deletes the milestone.
