Violation groups

Violation groups are sets of code violations that can be used in cases. Before members of your agency can record a code violation, the code violation must be associated with the case type. You use the Code Violation Groups node in the Case Types tree to establish this association by linking a violation group to the case type. This association makes all code violations within the violation group available to that case type. You must first define the code violations in a violation group using Code Violation Setup.
