Condition types

Condition types are the general requirements that must be satisfied for a case to continue through its code enforcement process. Whereas inspections and reviews involve detailed processing within your agency, conditions are verified and approved by entering an approval code. For example, you could have a condition that requires a primary contact. Each condition type is defined for a specific case type. The condition can then be automatically added to all cases of a particular type or be added to specific cases based on criteria that you define.

You use the Conditions node in the Case Types tree to define each condition type that may be required for a case type. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add the condition to a case by associating a milestone with it. You can also create a formula that determines whether to add the condition. Finally, you can define status checks that calculate whether to halt the code enforcement process based on the condition's status.
