Changing a case type

Caution: 
Renaming a case type will cause errors in cases of that type that are still active within your code enforcement processes. You should only rename a case type if you have no active cases of that type.
  1. Select Code Enforcement > Setup > Case Workflow.
  2. In the Case Types tree, browse to the case type that you want to change.
  3. Right-click the "Case Type" node and select Open Case Type.
  4. Change the information as required.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector closes the dialog box and updates the case type with your changes. If you changed the case type name, the new name is displayed in the Case Types tree.
  6. When you're finished changing case types, click Close.
    You must set access control for any new case details, inspection types, review types, inspection details, or review details that you added.
