Generating a batch of model homes

  1. Select Building Permits > Application > Generate Model Home Batch.
  2. In the Subdivision field, specify the subdivision for the building applications.
  3. In the Building Application Type field, specify the kind of building applications you want to generate.
  4. Under Building Applications, click Add above the grid.
  5. In the Model Project Application # field, specify the identification number for the project that contains the model homes you want.
    Note: Only those project applications that are associated with the location of the subdivision are available.
  6. Under Base Model, select the model home you want.
  7. Under Options, select any available model home options that you want.
  8. Under Locations, click Add above the grid.
  9. Indicate the location of this building application.

    Select either Address or Lot/Block from the Primary Location list. Infor Public Sector shows the appropriate fields.

    • If you selected Address, specify the address you want and click Save.
    • If you selected Lot/Block, you can locate the address you want by specifying a lot or block number for the subdivision. Then click Search, select the address you want, and clicking Save. Note that you can select more than one address at a time.
    Infor Public Sector adds an entry for the address in the Locations grid.
  10. When you're finished adding locations for this model, click Save.
    Infor Public Sector adds an entry to the Building Applications grid. Infor Public Sector will create a building application for each location that you specified.
  11. When you're finished setting up building applications, click Generate Applications.
    Infor Public Sector generates a building application for each model home/address that you set up and closes Generate Model Home Batch.
