Filling a license requirement for an application

To satisfy a license requirement for an application, you must add at least one license from each license group listed on the Required Licenses tab of the application InfoViewer.

Note: Depending on your agency's procedures, Infor Public Sector may automatically add the licenses for all contacts associated with an application. These licenses, and any other licenses that have been added to the application, are displayed in the Associated Licenses grid on the Required Licenses tab.
  1. Load the application you want in the Application InfoViewer.
  2. Click Action and select Change Associated Licenses.
    A dialog box is displayed listing the applicants currently associated with the application.
  3. In the first grid, select the applicant holding the license that fills the requirement.
  4. Click Add above the lower grid.
    A dialog box is displayed showing all the licenses currently held by the applicant.
  5. Select the license that fills the requirement and click Select.
    Infor Public Sector adds the license to the application and shows it in the grid. To satisfy future license requirements that might be added to the application, you can add other licenses held by the applicant that aren't currently required. You can also remove a license from the application.
