Changing an application type

Caution: 
Renaming an application type will cause errors in building applications of that type that are still active within your permitting processes. You should only rename an application type if you have no active applications of that type.
  1. Select Building Permits > Setup > Application Workflow.
  2. In the Application Types tree, browse to the application type that you want to change.
  3. Right-click the "Application Type" node and select Open Application Type.
  4. Change the information as required.
  5. Click Save.
  6. When you're finished changing application types, click Close.
    You must set access control for any new application details, inspection types, inspection details, review types, or review details that you added.
