Logging a cashier out of the Cash Register

If the cashier who is currently logged in with a particular cash drawer is unavailable to log out, a supervisor with the appropriate permission in Access Control can force a logout.

  1. Select Cashiering > Monitor Cashiering.
    Note:  You can also use the Action button in Lookup Cash Drawers to log out a cashier.
  2. Browse to the correct drawer and click Force Log Out under Drawer Actions.
    You can only log out if the status of the selected drawer is Active. After logging out, Infor Public Sector will set the drawer's status to Inactive.
