Contacting Support
If you are unable to resolve your issues based on the troubleshooting steps above, gather as much log information as possible before contacting support. You can enable verbose logging in the Infor device control to gather this information.
- Close all active browsers.
- Open the Infor Device Configuration Utility by running InforDevicesConfiguration.exe in the directory where you installed the device control.
- Select .
- Log back in to Infor Public Sector and reproduce the error.
Log files can be found in the log directory of the directory where you installed the device control. Zip them into a compressed format and attach to the support ticket.
