Test devices

  1. Open the Infor Device Configuration tool by running InforDevices.ConfigurationUtility.exe in the directory where you installed the device control. Browse to the failing device configuration in the Configured Devices tree. Click the Test Device button.
  2. If this fails, check the Log directory for device errors.
