Map/Script panel
This table shows each button in the Map/Script panel:

Shows the home page. The home page is a web page that can be used to display any information the agency wants. The URL of the home page is configured in Call Center Admin. |

Shows the GIS viewer. To use the map, specify the location of the problem in the Infor Public Sector GIS locates and zooms in on the location on the map. You can use the map to view any nearby service requests or work orders that may be related to issue. These nearby jobs are also displayed in the Jobs List below the map. group box. |

Shows a list of active work in the vicinity where the water has been turned off. If a caller complains of no water running, the operator can check the grid and inform the customer of the work being done. The operator can also open the details of that work and provide more information about the job. Water Off is set up using a formula in Call Center Admin.Note: Although Water Off is usually used
to display all water off jobs, it can be configured to display
other information depending on your agency’s requirements.

Shows a list of case managed service requests in the vicinity. Case managed requests are selected using a formula that is defined in Call Center Admin. Typically these are service request that are associated with Code Enforcement cases. |

The script guides the operator through the call, starting with the correct greeting and following with a series of questions that help determine the service request type. Scripts are standard web pages, so they can be formatted to provide more information than just text. You must create the scripts in Call Center Admin before they work correctly in Call Center. |
