Looking up a service request in Call Center

  1. Select Customer Service > Call Center.
  2. On the Location/Caller tab, in the fields under Location, enter your search criteria.
    To quickly enter an address, type a partial address and press Enter. A list of matching addresses is displayed in the Address Search Results grid.
  3. Select the correct address from the list of matching addresses in the Address Search Results grid.
  4. Click the Load SR link for the service request that you want to work with in Call Center.
    Note: You can also load a service request into the Service Request InfoViewer by clicking on the Open Service Request link.
