Localized formulas

Call Center Admin includes some default formulas that target the en-US (United States) regional setting, so these formulas must be modified for other regional settings. On the UI tab in Call Center Admin, you will localize the Populate from Contact formula. On the Search tab, you will localize the Case Management, Water Off, and History formulas.
