Call Center Admin overview
Infor Public Sector Call Center is an add-on to the Customer Service module. It provides a single page that CSRs can use to take information from a caller and select the correct service request type.
Call Center Admin is used to configure Call Center. Most importantly, you use Call Center Admin to create the script that helps Call Center users select the correct service request type. You can also configure the user interface, and you can define various formulas that Call Center uses to look up and create service requests.
