GIS address search

For performance reasons, Call Center by default does not use GIS to locate addresses on the map. Instead, the search uses the X and Y coordinates from the address record in the Infor Public Sector database. You also have the option of using your GIS for address searches if you prefer. Call Center will still use the X and Y coordinates to locate nearby jobs.

To use your GIS for address searches, open the CallCenter configuration in the Configuration Editor. Select the MAPDRAWING node and set the value of the UseGIS attribute to True.
