Configuring the UI

You use the UI tab in Call Center Admin to set certain properties of the Call Center user interface. The UI tab is also used to configure script display options, and to enter Call Center formulas.

  1. Select Customer Service > Setup > Call Center Admin.
  2. Select the UI tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Url
    Specify the URL of the home page. The home page is an agency-configured web page that can be used to show information for CSRs. It is displayed in the Map/Script panel in Call Center.
    Always Editable Controls
    If you want certain controls in Call Center to be always editable, specify them in this grid. You must also select the check box above the grid. Controls are identified by their ID properties, as defined in the Content Manager.
    Always Disabled Controls
    If you want certain controls in Call Center to be always disabled, specify them in this grid. Controls are identified by their ID properties, as defined in the Content Manager.
  4. Click Save.
