Creating an address-based account
- Select Billing > Manage Account.
- In the Address fields, specify the address for which you are creating the account.
- Click Search.

Click Create Address Based
Account.
A Confirmation dialog box is displayed, asking you to confirm that you want to create an account. If more than one address-based account type is available, you can select the correct account type from the list.
- Click Yes.
- In the Create Account dialog box, gather the customer's information.
- Click OK.
