Creating an identity-based account
- Select Billing > Manage Account.

Specify this information:
- Account Type
- If you know what type of account you want to create, select it from the list.
- Last, First, MI
- Specify the name of the contact for whom you are creating the account.
- Click Search.

Click Create Identity Based
Account.
A Confirmation dialog box is displayed, asking you to confirm that you want to create an account. If more than one identity-based account type is available, you can select the correct account type from the list.
- Click Yes.
- In the Create Account dialog box, gather the customer's information.
- Click OK.
